Delivered on Time
As of October 2021, Lamana Development on behalf of Airways Residences completed the construction of 24 new 5-star residential serviced apartments. Our construction period was a little over a year for the civil stage and the building stage. Lamana Development managed despite the best attempts of the pandemic to keep the building completion within the contractual timeframes. Our team put a lot of time and energy into the project to keep finish times as scheduled.
A New Standard in Luxury
The C8 apartments are the next generation from the last edition, the C7 block (completed 9 years ago). They are simply a great looking building that sits beautifully into the Airways site and is linked by a bridge to the recreation area that looks down to Bootless Bay and the Loloata Island Resort. The aspect from the C8 balconies as the name suggests is looking over the Airport. You can see your plane land, so you’ll never be late to check-in again.
A Successful Partnership
The interiors have been beautifully furnished by the Airways Residences team and they look incredible and will be a pleasure to live in.
Lamana hope the occupants enjoy living in the Airways C8 serviced apartments it as much as Lamana Development did in delivering the project.
