What We Do

Lamana Development Limited is an expanding privately owned property development and construction company based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea and was established in 1994. LDL delivers the TurnKey Solution required by the client. Development can include site procurement, design, building approvals, construction, and handover to the occupier or end user. LDL can develop projects independently or collaboratively in partnership with investors and joint venture partners. Lamana Development’s absolute goal is to create great developments incorporating the maximisation of the building site, great design and providing exceptional quality and value in the building. Lamana Development Limited has completed over 14 major projects across Papua New Guinea, Solomon Island’s, Fiji and Samoa.
